About the Company/Quality Policy

IBC Service specializes in offering complete industrial packaging solutions, including recycling and all services related to container handling, including transportation.

We cooperate with many logistics companies that specialize in packaging handling and transportation. We are able to provide safe and professional transport.

Our key values are professionalism and honesty with our Customers. We are able to adapt to the market expectations. We are constantly working on improving our management system. Hence, our participation in dedicated programs – we are constantly working on improving the quality of our products and services.

Our Quality Policy related goals:

In order to fulfil our Quality Policy and quality management system goals we have so far:
-    Trained and certified our staff, made sure that our employees have necessary experience and are highly qualified;
-    Invested in equipment – a specialized car fleet, warehouses, internal logistics equipment;
-    Created necessary documentation – quality assurance system, human resources, specific internal;
-    Created methods of verifying our quality management system;
-    Implemented internal audit – as efficiency and whole system monitoring tools.

In 2009 we became members of the Reliable Partner (Rzetelna Firma) program. This certificate is given to companies that are reliable and professional business partners. The Reliable Partner program is conducted under the patronage of National Debts Register (KRD) – the biggest and most recognizable bureau of business information in Poland. By taking part in the program we have joined the elite of the companies that want to prove that they are reliable and honest as well as ethical and absolutely legal.
