Particularly in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, the protection of the environment from hazardous pollutants and the protection of the substances in the containers from contamination is of the utmost importance.

With our comprehensive container range, SCHÄFER can provide solutions to meet the highest demands in a range of different fields. Manufactured in non-rusting stainless steel, these IBC containers guarantee long service lives and low follow-up costs. The robust frame provides protection during transport and ensures easy handling. Tested and approved discharge valves and coupling elements ensure the containers operate safely. Their use in automatic filling and discharge systems improve working speed and operational quality.

The product spectrum covers everything from perfected standard systems, such as tank, round and silo containers (450 – 1,500 l) right up to tailor-made customized solutions and additional equipment for mixing, cooling and heating, as well as special interior coatings and slope angles.

	Screwed manhole lid:The hinged cover is fastened securely with eyebolts.		Impervious and resistant: NBR, EPDM, Viton, Silicon or PTFE. The right material guarantees sealing and safety.		Closure fittings: ball-valves, butterfly-valves, disk or diaphragm-valves and much more. From 1” to 3” in brass or stainless steel.
	Tension ring manhole lid: with hand lever or bolt fasteners for fast opening and closing of the manhole.		Various sockets in tank top for filling and draining, as well as safety components for pressure/vacuum release.		Safe, fast and easy: camlock, tank and dry couplings – the right connector for your system.
